While you can always email firstname.lastname@example.org to open a ticket, the self service portal will allow you to also review all of your past tickets, both open and closed.
1. In order to register for the portal, first click the "Sign in" button in the top right of the page.
2. Next, click on the "Sign up" button.
3. From there, enter your name, email address, and complete the captcha and you will receive a message with a link to confirm your email address and set your password.
Once you have registered, you can create new tickets by going here or by clicking the "Submit a request" button in the top right corner of any page in the help center.
You can also review your submitted tickets and their statuses.
