Registering and Using the Self Service Portal

While you can always email to open a ticket, the self service portal will allow you to also review all your past tickets, both open and closed.

1. In order to register for the portal, first click the "Sign In" button in the top right of the page.


2. Next click on "Sign Up".


3. Then enter your name, email, and complete the captcha and you will receive an email with a link to confirm your email and set your password.


Once you have registered you can create new tickets by going to or by clicking "Submit a Request" in the top right of any page in the help center.

You can also review your submitted tickets and their status
